The following are the variety of events that we have planned for this year. Parents and fans alike all can contribute to our organization by becoming involved in any of these events for 2009. As the dates become more specific we will post them on this page for your information. In the past few years the TNC Packers have been very successful on the Football and Cheerleading Field, however, we have had too few volunteers to serve too many people. This is your organization and we need your help. Everyone is busy, but each of you has something to contribute to the Packers. Talk to a board member or coach and ask how you can help. _________________________________________________________________________ !!! FUNDRAISING - FUNDRAISING - FUNDRAISING !!!  Concession Duty                                                                                                                      One member from each family is required to work the Skyway concession stand for one three hour shift on our designated concession day.  IMPORTANT: Parents who do NOT want to volunteer for the Concession duty can pay a $75 fee in lieu of their duty. IF YOU DO NOT SIGN UP OR PAY THE FEE YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY IN ANY GAMES UNTIL YOU DO Packer Committee Volunteer Time                                                         The following committees are available for parents and fans to participate in. Concession Committee                                                                                                             This committee requires you to assist in the Packers practice concession stand for a couple of nights – MEDIUM DUTY Field Operations Committee                                                                                                    This committee requires you to assist the Athletic Director with all duties pertaining to the practice and game fields. Such as bringing water and ice to practices and games, helping with equipment needs at practices and games, maybe making sure the practice fields are tidy after practices, making operations related calls for the Athletic Director, putting away equipment after practices and games. MEDIUM DUTY Fundraising Committee                                                                                                            This committee requires you to assist the VP of Projects and Fundraising with the various activities surrounding fund raising, such as telephone calls, emails and visits to companies who have expressed interest – LIGHT DUTY Homecoming Committee                                                                                                          This committee requires you to assist the Homecoming coordinator with the coordination of the Homecoming events. LIGHT DUTY Team Pictures Committee                                                                                                        This committee requires you to assist the team photographer with all duties related to taking game pictures, coordinating the TEAM Picture day activities and helping to pass out the team pictures when they arrive. LIGHT DUTY Sponsorships Committee                                                                                                         This committee requires you to assist the VP of Projects and Fundraising with all sponsorship type events. Like coordinating car washes, handing out and collecting the pizza fundraising forms, helping with bake sales, annual parties etc. LARGE DUTY
