TNC PACKERS HOME OF THE 2008 SUPER BOWL CHAMPS PEE WEE AND SUPER-MIDGETS!!!!!! The Town and Country Packers Youth Football and Cheerleading league is a non-profit organization that participates in the Tampa Bay Youth Football League. The T-N-C Packers are operated by a team of dedicated volunteers that coordinate the football and cheerleading activities of over 250 young The Cheerleading and Football squads of the Packers have
been competing in the Tampa Bay area since 1968. Our mission is to provide
excellent sporting activities for our football players and cheerleaders with
the ultimate goal of developing each youngster into quality individuals who
will be contributors to their community as well as the world in general. The Packers are both recreational and competitive in
nature. However, the primary focus of our organization is to provide an
environment by which these young men and women can benefit from the social
development that they receive throughout the season. They will learn the joy
of success, the importance of loosing with dignity and courage, and at the
same time learn the art of being a part of a larger team, thereby achieving
an overall goal and not just an individual one. The T-N-C Packers are overseen by a Board of Directors
made up of elected officials from inside and out of the organization. Those
who serve on the Board of Directors, the football and cheerleading coaches
and the general operations assistants are not compensated for their efforts
other than the joy of being part of a team. We are always looking for
additional volunteers and would be delighted to talk with anyone expressing
